Start off your session with an amazing Skinterest Signature Facial. Secondly, add in a Zen Shirodhara Ayurvedic relaxing head and scalp therapy where warm medicated oils are poured from a special vessel combining copper, bronze and silver onto the forehead and scalp to induce a mental state of deep relaxation. As the warm oil is pouring ever so slowly it is calming your mind and thus, the nervous system. It truly helps to melt away the chattering of the mind, leaving your mind clearer and calm.
