Book as far in advance as possible for weekends and for spa parties. If you prefer a male or female therapist, please let us know. You can book appointments online at our website or you may call us. If you are using a gift certificate, please let us know when booking your appointment.
We offer complimentary parking for all our guests at Skinterest. We will text your specific directions to help you find the perfect place to park.
Please be sure to turn your cell phone or pager OFF before entering the spa. We want to give our clients a stress-free and peaceful environment.
Towels, robes and gowns are provided to keep you covered. Therapists are well trained in the “art of draping” for massage and wrap procedures. We leave the treatment rooms before and after the treatments so that you have your privacy at all times.
If possible, leave your jewelry in your purse or at home as you will not need it for your spa visit. If you choose instead to take them with you to your treatment, be mindful of not leaving them behind.
When making your appointment please advise us with your medical condition or how far along you are in your pregnancy. Certain treatments may not be available to you unless you are past your third trimester. If you wear contacts, please take them out before skin and salon type services.
If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment so that we can get you to fill out some forms. In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we need to stay on time with your appointment time.
At Skinterest silence is golden. To provide all our special guests a relaxing and meditative, healing atmosphere, we ask that you speak with a very quiet voice. To escape in silence during the treatment is a “heavenly experience” that you will embrace. Being at peace is part of the spa experience.
Your Spa Treatment fee does not include gratuities. If you like you may pay your therapist in cash, or you can add the gratuity on a credit card.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a spa treatment. We will have to charge 50% of the regular price for cancellations that are not made prior to the 24 hours unless you have a doctor’s note.
We will gladly exchange products that did not work well for you within 10 days with a receipt.

We will store your payment preference information in your file so that you can breeze out the door without having to wait – be sure to keep that “spa feeling” outside.
